My personal assessment of the past week: Abysmal, but the Fattening Season is over. Expect much better results next week. I do!
Anthony, 3 things:
(1) I think you’ve got a typo on that weight update.. 😀
(2) KEEP AT IT. YOU CAN DO THIS.
(3) Up your water intake. Yes, it sucks, because you will be running back and forth to the can a ridiculous amount. But it’s helpful because it will keep you moving more often, it will get your system primed to stop “famine mode” retention of fat (which is why lots of little nibbly meals on apples & stuff is WAY better than trying to skip meals), and it will keep your stomach fuller. I find that mixing blueberry juice 50/50 with water does wonders too.
Oh, and please keep up the games development. Lots more people than you might think are rooting for you.

Thank you very much for the encouragement. I already do drink a ton of water, although I still drink too many sodas (no caffeine, though, I don’t want to risk it).
And yes, I need to go to the store and load up on snacky stuff like yogurt and fruit so I’ll have something to tide me over between meals; it’s not like I don’t KNOW how to do it, it’s just that I’ve never been able to execute it properly.
Although I have executed it improperly before…not sure if I’ve talked about that.
Finally, don’t worry. Apparently I couldn’t stop working on my own games even if I wanted to. Expect a lot of new stuff coming soon.
