This week was probably the toughest I’m going to have, and it wasn’t THAT tough. The really bad part was when everyone else got to eat Boston Market last night. But I persevered and I feel like I was rewarded for it.
Good job man! Have you seen scooby1961 on youtube? He has a ton of fitness and diet videos that are very helpful including some on how to get started eating right when you’re super busy or exercising when you’re really out of shape (as I currently am).

Get back on the program!
I don’t know what strategy you have, but losing 2 lbs per week is all you have to do and you’ll be 100 lbs lighter in a year.
Do that again and you’ll be at a good target weight!
And to lose 2 lbs a week doesn’t require much of a life change. It’s 1000 calories a day of shortfall, which is best split via 500 calories (an hour or two) of exercise several times a week and the rest via eating sensibly — cutting back on empty carbs and focusing on healthy fats and proteins.
I started and stopped weight loss campaigns many times, so I know how it is hard to establish forward momentum.
Key thing is to not focus on the daily ups and downs but maintain the long-term perspective. If you somehow eat too much and are now 5 lbs above your plan weight, just raise the plan weight 5 lbs and get back on the program!
2lbs per week. That’s all it takes.
